The Silicon detector consists of two double-side silicon microstrip sensor layers, at distance z=10 mm. Each plane consists of 3 ladders, each one composed by 2 modules and read out by (6 + 6) VLSI (x, y). The total number of VLSI is 72 (36×2) and the total number of readout channel is 72×64 = 4608. Modules have 182 micron read-out (p and n) for a resultant resolution of 50 micron and are AC coupled.

All the analog signals coming from the VLSI devices are converted by a ADC board before being transferred to a DAQ for elaboration.
